The apartment spans both the 1st and 2nd floor and is designed with comfort and quality in mind. On the 1st floor, you’ll find a bright living room with a smart TV (streaming only), a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with underfloor heating, and a bedroom with two single beds. On the 2nd floor, there’s another bathroom and three cozy bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds.

The living room opens up to a large, private terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying good times. From the terrace, you can enjoy a partial view of the harbor and the town.

The apartment is accessed via a walkway, and the building has an elevator for easy access. There is free parking in front of the building. From mid-August 2025, you can park for free with one car in a private, fenced area with access to a charging station.
