The interior of this cozily furnished holiday home impresses with its tasteful amenities and well-thought-out layout. A cozy alcove bed and a sofa corner in the lower living area invite you to relax by the fireplace. An energy-saving heat pump is also available for heating.

You’ll also find the spacious dining area as well as the lovely open kitchen on the ground floor. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, a refrigerator with 80 l freezing capacity, and an electric stove, and invites you to enjoy sociable cooking evenings.

If you follow the stairs up to the first floor, you’ll find another open living area with a large sofa and a TV, ideal for shared evenings. This is also where the large bedroom is located, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

The 2 cozy double bedrooms are located on the ground floor. So that you can divide up comfortably, this holiday home has a large bathroom with a relaxing whirlpool and a hot sauna as well as an extra guest WC. Another bathroom is available to you in the separate annex.

On the 3250 sqm natural plot, you can enjoy the beauty of the surroundings to the fullest. The spacious outdoor area invites you to spend convivial hours together. Relax on the sun loungers or in the comfortable garden furniture, light up the grill, and enjoy a delicious meal in the open air. Depending on the position of the sun and the wind direction, you can use the various terrace areas of the holiday home, some of which are sheltered and some covered.

For the little ones, there is a sandbox, a swing, and a trampoline for letting off steam. The two soccer goals invite you to kick a ball around. The carport is also practical, allowing you to park your vehicle safely.
