Newly built in 2026, the holiday home offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay for up to ten people and 1 dog. With a living area of 180 m², you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones.

Special conveniences include the charging connection for your electric car and the short distances to the beach and shopping facilities. Please remember to bring your own cables/adapters.

The open-plan living area is the heart of your holiday home. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a practical dishwasher that makes everyday life easier, as well as a spacious dining area that invites you to enjoy sociable meals. After an eventful day, you can make yourselves comfortable in the cozy living area. A wood-burning stove provides pleasant warmth, while the heat pump ensures a constant room temperature in the living area.

The highlight for all game enthusiasts is the house’s activity room. It gives you the chance to have fun together with a game billiards and to hold exciting tournaments. The room is the ideal place to create unforgettable moments in good company and ensures there is never a dull moment.

The holiday home offers 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Here everyone can retreat after a long day in the fresh North Sea air and drift off into dreamland. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and can only be accessed through the bedroom, guaranteeing your privacy. All bathrooms have underfloor heating, so cold feet will be a thing of the past.
