Close to the Mols Bjerge National Park and just a 10-minute drive from Ebeltoft, you will find this beautiful newly built holiday home, located on a sloping plot. The two-story house is tastefully furnished and features a lovely entrance hall on the ground floor with space for shoes and outerwear. The new and stylish kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, and a large dining area. From here, there is access to the wonderful terraces with garden furniture, loungers, a parasol, and a heat lamp by the parasol.

In the lower level, you'll also find two of the house's bedrooms, as well as a beautiful bathroom with a shower niche and underfloor heating. There is also a guest toilet with access to a washing machine and dryer. A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the lovely living room with a TV (Smart TV) and the most stunning view over the bay and Mols Bjerge. On the first floor, you will also find the last two bedrooms. All rooms have underfloor heating. Outdoors, there is a lovely secluded outdoor shower. The house is situated on a sloping plot with a lawn in front, perfect for play.

Handrup Beach is a lovely and child-friendly sandy beach, located close to the protected landscape of Mols Bjerge. Mols Bjerge is just 5 km from the house, offering great opportunities to find beautiful hiking trails. The Handrup area also has many great cycling paths, nature trails, and viewpoints where you can enjoy the incredibly beautiful sunset over Ebeltoft Bay. The area has a restaurant and a grocery store. It is about 6 km to the center of Ebeltoft, with its old houses and cobblestone streets, offering many exciting attractions. A visit to the Old Town Hall or the Glass Museum is definitely worth it.
