Less than 10 minutes' drive from Ebeltoft, you will find this beautiful new house. The house features a bright living room with a dining area, from which there is a truly beautiful view over the hilly terrain in Handrup. The TV has Danish free channels and also works with streaming from your own device. Lovely kitchen area with, among other things, a dishwasher. Four beautiful bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one with a bunk bed. The bunk room also functions as a multi-room with a TV, Wii with various games, and a foosball table. A cozy room for children, teenagers, and the whole family. Two lovely bathrooms with shower niches - one of them has access to an outdoor shower. A washing machine is available. The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Outside, there are large terrace areas with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill, as well as a nice shelter on the grounds. There is a fire pit with pans and pots so you can cook over the fire. Just a few steps from the house, you will find a small hilltop with benches, where you have a panoramic view over the entire Ebeltoft Bay and views of both Samsø and Tunø.

Handrup Strand is a lovely and child-friendly sandy beach located close to the protected landscape of Mols Bjerge. Mols Bjerge is only 5 km from the house, and here you will find plenty of good hiking trails. In the Handrup area, there are many good cycling paths, as well as nature trails and viewpoints, from which it is possible to enjoy the incredibly beautiful sunset over Ebeltoft Bay. The area has a restaurant and a grocery store. It is about 6 km to Ebeltoft town with its old houses and cobblestone streets, offering many exciting sights. A visit to the Old Town Hall or the Glass Museum is definitely worth it.
