With the most fantastic location, you'll find this delightful holiday home, perched high on a sloping plot. Both from the grounds and the house, you'll enjoy magnificent views of the water. Inside, there's a charming living room, tastefully furnished with quality furniture, a wood stove, and a heat pump, with access to one of the house's terraces equipped with garden furniture. There's a lovely kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher. The sleeping accommodations in the house consist of three good-sized bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed, and one with two single beds. There are two delightful bathrooms, both with showers. Additionally, there's a small utility room with a sink and a washing machine. A cozy integrated garden room with a dining area offers access to a covered terrace. For the little holiday guests, there's a high chair, a crib, and a baby bathtub. There's also Chromecast and a large Boxer TV package with German and Nordic channels. Outside, there are several lovely terrace areas with quality garden furniture and a gas grill.

Handrup Strand is a lovely and child-friendly sandy beach located close to the protected landscape of Mols Bjerge. Mols Bjerge is only 5 km from the house, offering plenty of opportunities for finding excellent hiking trails. In the Handrup area, there are many good cycling paths, as well as nature trails and viewpoints, where you can enjoy the incredibly beautiful sunset over Ebeltoft Vig. In the area, there's a restaurant and a grocery store. Ebeltoft town with its old houses and cobblestone streets is about 6 km away and offers many exciting attractions. A visit to the Old Town Hall or the Glass Museum is definitely worth it. It's a good half-hour drive to Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and about a half-hour drive to Kattegatcentret in Grenaa, where you can get close to the large sharks and say hello to the cute penguins.
