The property is situated on a sloping natural plot, and due to the split-level design and uneven terrain, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The Area

Handrup Bakker is a beautiful natural area known for its rolling hills, peaceful surroundings and family-friendly atmosphere. A network of walking paths leads to the nearby sandy beach, which offers shallow, child-friendly waters and a sandy seabed – perfect for families with children.

The area is located close to Mols Bjerge National Park, one of Denmark's most spectacular natural landscapes, offering excellent hiking and cycling opportunities.

The picturesque town of Ebeltoft is only a short drive away and is well worth a visit. Here you can explore attractions such as the historic frigate Jylland, the Old Town Hall and the Glass Museum, or stroll through the charming cobbled streets lined with boutique shops, cafés and restaurants.

Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa are both approximately a 30-minute drive from the holiday home, making them perfect destinations for a family day out.
