The house is idyllically situated on a beautiful natural plot, where children can enjoy hours of fun on swings and a slide that blend naturally into the surroundings. The kitchen and living area have been modernised, giving the house a bright, inviting, and functional feel.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living space, where the kitchen and living area come together as one central gathering space. A fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings, while large openings bring nature right up close. From here, you can enjoy views of the peaceful grounds, where deer and other wildlife are frequent visitors. The house offers a total of 4 sleeping spaces across two bedrooms, along with a bathroom. An air-to-air heat pump ensures a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year.

In addition, there is a charming annex with 3 extra sleeping spaces in a bunk bed, providing plenty of room for family, friends, or older children who want their own private space.

Outdoors, the holiday can be enjoyed on the undulating 1,250 m² natural plot, which features several lovely terraces where you can follow the sun from morning to evening. There are both south- and west-facing seating areas, as well as an outdoor shower—perfect after a day at the beach or on a warm summer’s day.

The location is particularly attractive, with easy walking access to the beach via a path system, as well as to the marina in Hou. Here you’ll find a charming harbour atmosphere, the opportunity to buy an ice cream, and a true summer vibe. Just approx. 500 metres from the house, you’ll find mini golf and a small water park at Lagunen—popular activities for younger family members. Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy nearby put-and-take lakes. In Hals, just about 6.8 km away, you can play padel and explore the town’s cosy shops, restaurants, and seaside charm.

Good to know:
No rentals to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present throughout the rental period.
