The total living space of 300 square metres is spread across two floors, featuring 10 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a sauna, and a spacious living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. There are even two dishwashers and two cookers, making meal preparation and cleanup quick and easy. The house is heated by an energy-efficient air-to-water heating system, complemented by a wood-burning stove. The living area and two ground floor bathrooms benefit from comfortable underfloor heating.

Your dog is also welcome on holiday here. The nearly 2,000 square metre grounds provide plenty of space to run around, and your four-legged friend will love accompanying you on walks through the surrounding marshland. Take coastal walks with views across to Sylt and Rømø.

Fantastic outdoor area with large terrace, hot tub, outdoor shower and swimming pool

Behind the house lies the large terrace area, which is partially covered. Here you'll find one of the holiday home's highlights - the outdoor hot tub, which can be used year-round regardless of season. The outdoor swimming pool and shower are available exclusively during the summer months (1st May - end of September).

Children can enjoy the sandbox and swings, with plenty of space for running around and playing ball games or chase in the garden. While the youngsters burn off their excess energy playing outdoors, you can relax on the terrace. Fire up the barbecue and prepare a delicious meal, unwind in the hot tub, or sit in the sun enjoying the expansive views - there are plenty of opportunities for everyone to enjoy a perfect break from everyday life.

There are two ways to reach the island: by ferry from Sylt or, more convenient for you, via a nearly 10-kilometre causeway from the Danish mainland. Take the opportunity to visit Denmark's oldest town - Ribe offers beautiful corners, shopping facilities and attractions. Tønder is also always worth a visit - stroll through the old lanes where you'll find numerous shopping opportunities.

Rømø island offers diverse natural surroundings, an endless wide sandy beach, tidal waters, and a section of beach that's accessible by car. Water sports enthusiasts will particularly enjoy the facilities here, while others can watch and observe the colourful activities.
