Close to one of Jutland's best bathing beaches, you will find this spacious and beautiful holiday home, built in 2021. The house features a lovely, bright living room, cozily furnished with comfortable furniture. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped and connects to a large dining area with plenty of space. Both the kitchen and living room have access to wonderful terrace areas—both open and covered—with garden furniture and a barbecue. The house includes two bedroom sections with a total of four lovely bedrooms, two of which have single beds (which can be pushed together), and two with double beds. There is a beautiful bathroom with a shower niche and a guest toilet. The large entrance hall has a washing machine and dryer available. The house is situated on a lovely, well-maintained plot with a large lawn, ideal for playing and ball games. You will also find a cozy bonfire area, perfect for making stick bread on a warm summer evening. If you enjoy the outdoors, you can also choose to sleep in the charming shelter.

The holiday home area around Grenaa Beach is a very quiet, child-friendly, and attractive area. Close to the house, you will find heathland and forest, with several running and cycling routes. Here, you will also find Denmark’s longest single track at 23 km for mountain biking. The beach is one of Jutland's best sandy beaches with dunes, small pools, fine sand, a sandy bottom, and a blue flag. The area also features a lively marina, bustling with activity throughout the summer, with several good restaurants. It is also home to the Kattegatcenter, where you can get close to the sharks. From the harbor, there are daily sailings to Halmstad in Sweden and Anholt. The town of Grenaa offers many charming shops and cafes, and you can also visit the Museum of Eastern Jutland. From Grenaa, it’s about a 30-minute drive to Northern Europe’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and about an hour’s drive to Randers Rainforest.
