Welcome to this particularly cosy and well-maintained holiday home. The house features a well-furnished and inviting living room with comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, and a heat pump. From the living room, there is direct access to a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the cosy kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, as well as a pleasant dining area.

The sleeping accommodation is spread across three comfortable bedrooms: one room with a bunk bed and a single bed, and two rooms with double beds. The house offers a modern bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, and access to the private sauna. Additionally, there is a guest toilet with a washbasin.

For younger guests, a high chair and a cot are available. A selection of games and toys can be used freely, and outdoors there is both a sandbox and swings.

The house is situated on a beautiful plot with a large lawn, ideal for play, ball games, and outdoor activities. Angling enthusiasts will appreciate the outdoor fish-cleaning facility. An electric car charging station is also available.

Gjerrild North Beach is a popular, quiet, and family-friendly area with a lovely beach awarded the Blue Flag. Gjerrild Cliff is also a well-known attraction for birdwatchers and offers one of the best fishing spots in Djursland for sea trout. The area is rich in hiking and cycling routes, including the North Sea Cycle Route, which stretches from Udbyhøj by Randers Fjord to Grenaa.

Within approximately 20 minutes by car, you can reach the historic market town of Grenaa, where charming pedestrian streets and pavement cafés invite you to relax. Visit Museum Østjylland or get up close to the large sharks at the Kattegat Centre. From Grenaa Harbour, ferries also operate to Halmstad in Sweden and the small island of Anholt. From the holiday home, it is about a 30-minute drive to Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, which is well worth a visit for the whole family.
