As soon as you step through the door of this super cozy holiday home, you sense the authentic cottage atmosphere that fills the house. Here you'll find a cozy and well-appointed living room with a wood stove and heat pump, with access to a lovely covered terrace. Newly renovated and functional kitchen area including a dishwasher. The sleeping arrangements in the house are spread over three good-sized bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. From one of the bedrooms, there is direct access to a charming sun courtyard. Beautiful new bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Outside, you'll find lovely terrace areas with garden furniture and a truly cozy covered sun courtyard, so you can comfortably sit outside even on a cool evening. With the fantastic location the house enjoys, you have the most wonderful beach practically in your "backyard". From the property, you can look over to the small island of Hjelm, known as the refuge of Marsk Stig in 1287. Large lawn suitable for play and outdoor relaxation.

Elsegårde Beach is a cozy and very child-friendly area. The beach may be a bit mixed in some places, but mostly with sandy beaches and flower-covered beach meadows. All along the coast, there are good opportunities for fishing, making it a very popular area for anglers. It's about 9 km to Ebeltoft town with its many exciting activities and attractions. Visit, among other things, the Old Town Hall and the Glass Museum, or take a stroll in the old cobblestone streets with their crooked houses and hollyhocks. From the house, it's not far to Ree-Park, and it's about an hour's drive to one of Northern Europe's largest amusement parks, Djurs Sommerland.
