The house features a bright and welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient heat pump. From the living area, you have direct access to a lovely terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Connected to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and access to an additional terrace. The holiday home accommodates guests in three cosy bedrooms. One of the bedrooms also includes a single bed; please note that there are a few steps leading down to this room.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, underfloor heating, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Families travelling with young children will appreciate the available high chair.

Outside, several inviting terraces provide excellent opportunities to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The property also features a traditional outdoor hot tub and a cosy fire pit, perfect for gathering around on warm summer evenings while making Danish-style campfire bread. The gently sloping lawn offers plenty of space for children to play and for outdoor activities.

The holiday home is located in a beautiful natural area just 10 minutes from the charming town of Ebeltoft and close to the stunning Mols Bjerge National Park. The Egsmark area is ideal for hiking and cycling through rolling landscapes rich in wildlife and scenic views.

Egsmark Beach is a family-friendly sandy beach, making it a popular destination for families with children. In Ebeltoft, visitors can explore the historic Old Town Hall, one of Denmark’s most famous wedding venues. The harbour is home to the renowned Glass Museum, a leading attraction for modern glass art enthusiasts. The harbour area also offers a variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and opportunities to purchase freshly caught fish daily.

For unforgettable family experiences, visit Ree Park Safari and get close to wild animals from around the world, or explore the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa, where you can see impressive sharks and marine life. Another highly recommended attraction is Djurs Sommerland, Scandinavia’s largest summer amusement park, offering exciting rides and activities for visitors of all ages. The park is located approximately 30 minutes from the holiday home.
