This small, older but well-maintained and newly renovated holiday home is located on a hilly natural plot in the popular area of Egsmark Strand, overlooking Ebeltoft Bay. The house features a tiled terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The cozy and bright living room includes a lovely dining area for 4 people, a TV with Danish and German channels, and a radio.

An open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic stove with an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

The 4 sleeping spaces are divided between 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. A beautiful new bathroom with a shower. In one of the rooms, there is also a washing machine and a dryer. There is an electric vehicle charging station.

The house is located 650 meters from Egsmark Strand, a child-friendly beach with a bathing bridge. The area also offers plenty of opportunities for lovely hiking and biking tours, water sports, and fishing from the NATO pier. Ebeltoft, with its atmospheric old town, several attractions, and good shopping options, is just a few kilometers away.
