The house features a spacious, bright living room with sleek furniture and a panoramic view of the water. Adjacent to the living room is the gorgeous kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances, and with access to a very large and beautiful terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Part of the terrace is covered, allowing you to enjoy the stunning view outdoors in nearly all weather conditions. On the terrace, overlooking the bay, is a 5-person outdoor spa.

The house has eight sleeping spaces, divided into four large bedrooms with double beds. There is also a large activity room/playroom with table tennis, Duplo, Flexi-trax, and games. The house includes two beautiful bathrooms, one of which has a spa bath. Additionally, there is access to both a washing machine and a dryer. The house has internet access, and TV is available via streaming. It is heated by an air-to-water heat pump, making it energy-efficient.

Here, you'll find the Frigate Jylland, the Old Town Hall, and the Glass Museum. At the harbor, you can buy freshly caught fish every day, and there are several restaurants and cafes. The largest amusement park in the Nordics, Djurs Sommerland, is about an hour's drive away, offering plenty of activities for both young and old.
