From the living room, you can step out into an integrated conservatory, offering the most beautiful view over Ebeltoft Bay and Mols Bjerge. There's also a covered terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can sit on a warm summer evening and enjoy the sunset over Mols Bjerge. The house is situated on a lovely plot with a lawn and plenty of space for parking.

The house is located close to Ebeltoft and the Mols Bjerge National Park. In Ebeltoft, you'll find charming cobbled streets with hollyhocks, small cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops. In the heart of Ebeltoft, you can visit the Old Town Hall, which is worth a visit. At the harbor, you'll find the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum, renowned for its modern glass art. The harbor also offers cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops. The Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Djurs Sommerland, Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, are about a 30-minute drive away.
