Situated in an elevated position with a stunning view over Ebeltoft Bay, this older yet charming holiday home with a swimming pool offers everything for a relaxing stay. The house is spread over two floors. On the upper floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump. From the living room, there is access to a balcony leading out to a lovely terrace with garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms – two with single beds and one with a double bed. Nice bathroom with shower, underfloor heating, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

A good staircase leads down to the lower floor, where you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed, an additional bathroom, a sauna, and – not least – the pool area, which also features a hot tub. From the pool area, there is access to a terrace with sun loungers. The house is not suitable for guests with limited mobility, as all access is via stairs.

Egsmark is a peaceful and charming area close to a lovely, child-friendly sandy beach. There are several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hilly landscape is ideal for walking and cycling. From the house, it’s about a 10-minute drive to Ebeltoft town centre, which offers many attractions – including the Frigate Jylland, the Old Town Hall, and the Glass Museum. Down at the harbour, you can buy freshly caught fish every day and enjoy several great cafés and restaurants. Within an hour’s drive, you can reach Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, offering fun and excitement for all ages.
