The kitchen is well-equipped with two dishwashers, two built-in ovens, induction cooktops, a microwave, a large fridge and freezer, and a wine cooler to enjoy a glass of chilled wine while preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the lovely and spacious dining area, which has direct access to a large covered terrace with a grill and outdoor furniture. What could be better than dining outside on a warm summer evening with delicious food on the grill?

From the living room, you can also step out onto the large open terrace, which is furnished with comfortable seating, sun loungers, and offers a breathtaking view of the water – all the way to Aarhus Bay. The cozy living room is furnished with stylish furniture and features a large flat-screen TV.

The house has two modern bathrooms, one of which includes a spa bath and access to a sauna. The sleeping arrangements are spread across five beautiful bedrooms, featuring a total of four double beds, two single beds, and a bunk bed. Additionally, there is a large activity room with a pool table and access to the covered terrace.

The house is heated with an energy-efficient air-to-water heating system, providing underfloor heating throughout and keeping energy costs low. It is situated on a lovely plot with a newly landscaped lawn. This truly stunning holiday home is perfect for a large family or multiple smaller families. The area around Øer is a charming and popular holiday destination close to both forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow waters and sandy shores, though some areas may have a mix of sand and stones. If you enjoy mountain biking, the area offers a 13 km-long trail with different levels of difficulty.

The house is just a five-minute drive from Ebeltoft’s harbor, where you will find the renowned Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art. The harbor also offers several excellent restaurants and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the historic frigate Jylland is highly recommended.

In Ebeltoft’s charming cobbled streets, you will discover many interesting shops selling home decor and handicrafts, as well as cozy cafés. The town’s most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall (Det Gamle Rådhus), is a popular wedding venue that draws visitors from near and far.

Within an hour’s drive from the house, you can visit the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa or Northern Europe’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
