The house offers a cozy, bright, and tastefully furnished living room with comfortable furniture and heat pump, opening onto a lovely terrace and well-maintained garden.

The dining area with wood-burning stove connects to a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and airfryer. There is also a large activity room with table football and darts. Bathroom with underfloor heating and guest toilet are included.

Sleeping arrangements: three bedrooms – one with two bunk beds, one with two single beds, and one with double bed. For young guests, there is a high chair and cot. TV with Danish, German, and Nordic channels.

Outside, several terraces, trampoline, and slide offer morning and evening sun. The house is about 100 m from house 09109 – perfect for multiple families vacationing together.

Only 5 minutes’ drive to Ebeltoft Harbor, the Glass Museum, and several good restaurants. Also recommended: Fregatten Jylland, cobblestone streets, shops, cozy cafés, and the old town hall. Attractions such as the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Djurs Summerland are about an hour away.
