Close to the water, you will find this well-maintained and well-furnished house, offering the most beautiful view of the water and the small island of Hjelm. The house features a bright and well-furnished living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, and access to a lovely covered terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The delightful bathroom includes a shower niche, access to the sauna, and a washing machine.

The house provides sleeping space for 6 people, distributed across 3 good-sized bedrooms: two bedrooms with two single beds and one with a double bed. The remaining two sleeping spots are found in the loft. For smaller guests, there is a baby crib available. This is truly a cozy house located on a beautiful plot with a grassy lawn. Children will also enjoy the sandpit and swing.

Holme Strand is situated in a fantastic, scenic nature area with views of the 49-meter high landmark Jernhatten. The Jernhatten area is home to rare plants and abundant wildlife. A walk along the coastline provides a beautiful natural experience along the cliffs. Holme Strand is also a popular spot for anglers, as it's easy to bring a boat and launch it into the water.

The house is just a 15-minute drive from Ebeltoft town, with its many tourist attractions, charming old houses, and cobbled streets. You can visit the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. The house is also 9 km from Ree Park, where you can see wild animals up close. For a day of fun, Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, is just about an hour's drive away, with rides and attractions for both young and old. If you're interested in meeting big sharks, you can visit the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa, just a 30-minute drive from the house.
