Truly lovely, well-appointed, and exceptionally well-maintained cottage situated on an open natural plot close to Holme Beach. On the large lawn, there's plenty of opportunity for play and games, with both a swing and a sandbox. The house boasts a spacious, open terrace with garden furniture and a grill. Cozy living room with a bright and friendly decor; here, there's dining space for 10 people, a wood-burning stove, TV with Danish (including TV2) and many German channels, as well as a stereo system with a CD player. The house features underfloor heating. Beautiful kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Two lovely bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating; in one bathroom, there's also a spa, sauna, washing machine, and dryer. The house's sleeping accommodations are distributed among 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds, 1 with a single bed, and 2 lofts with 2 sleeping places in one and 1 sleeping place in the other. The house is best suited for a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. For the little holiday guests, there's a crib, 2 high chairs, and 2 junior chairs. There's a large countertop near the sink that can be used as a changing table.

Holme/Dråby Beach is characterized by beautiful nature with views of the island Hjelm and the impressive cliff Jernhatten. It's an interesting area for anglers, and it's easy to launch your own boat. Jernhatten rises 49 steep meters above sea level, and a hike along the Kattegat coast is a beautiful nature experience. The 266-hectare cliff is protected, and there is a marked hiking trail.
