Within walking distance to a lovely sandy beach, you will find this beautiful and newly renovated house. The house features a bright and stylish living room, comfortably furnished with good furniture and with access to a covered terrace with quality garden furniture. Connected to the living room is a very attractive kitchen, including a dishwasher and a nice dining area. The sleeping accommodations in the house are in 4 bedrooms, including two rooms with double beds, one room with two single beds, and one room with a bunk bed. There are two good bathrooms with a shower, and a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A crib is available for the little vacationers. The house is heated with air-to-water and therefore has low consumption costs. Behind the house, there is a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture, as well as a small gazebo with a barbecue area. The house is situated set back from the road with a large lawn in front, suitable for play, ball games, and outdoor relaxation.

Boeslum Strand is primarily a fine white sandy beach with grass and flower-covered beach meadows. In some places, the beach is a mix of stones and sand, but mostly sandy. The water is fine and clear but becomes deep quickly. At the beach, there are toilets and an ice cream kiosk. From the beach, you have a view of Jernhatten, a popular excursion destination, and the small island Hjelm. It is about 5 km to Ebeltoft with its many attractions. Here you can visit the old Town Hall, where people from near and far come to get married. You will also find many small specialty shops and sidewalk restaurants in the old cobblestone streets. On the harbor, you will find the Glass Museum, a leader in modern glass art. There are also several good shops and eateries, and opportunities to buy freshly caught fish every day. A visit to Ree Park is also recommended – go on a jeep safari and get up close to the wild animals. It is about an hour's drive to both Kattegatcentret in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, with many activities for both young and old.
