You'll feel at home the moment you step into this holiday home at Søren Gades Mark 23A. Modern furnishings with beautiful, comfortable furniture await you. The light-filled rooms with vaulted ceilings and wood-burning stove immediately create a perfect holiday atmosphere.
The living area flows openly into the kitchen and dining space, creating a sociable environment for spending quality holiday time together.

The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher among other amenities. The living area features a Smart TV with Chromecast for streaming your favourite films. The heat pump ensures comfortable warmth while reducing electricity consumption. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the holiday home.

The holiday home has two beautiful bathrooms. One features a sauna - perfect for warming up after a long walk or an invigorating dip in the North Sea.

The three bedrooms accommodate up to 5 people, with underfloor heating ensuring warm feet when getting up in the morning.

Large terrace with outdoor hot tub - play tower and sandpit

The holiday home is surrounded by 27 square metres of terracing, which is sheltered and partially covered. Everyone can find their perfect spot, whether seeking sunshine or shade. From here, you can watch your children play. An outdoor shower is available from 1. April to 31. October if you need to cool off.

A highlight for children is the play tower with two swings and a slide, as well as a sandpit. In the evening, after enjoying a barbecue, you can take a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub while admiring the starlit sky.

Please note that the house is not available for rental to youth groups, and that despite the step-free doorways, it is only partially suitable for wheelchair users, as there is no level access to the house.
