The kitchen leads directly to the generously furnished living room. On cooler days, curl up with an engaging book by the wood-burning stove, or enjoy the games room, which features billiards, table tennis, air hockey and table football.

Kollemarken 59 offers a practical bedroom layout - two large bedrooms with direct terrace access and one bedroom with two single beds. For ultimate relaxation, the sauna is conveniently located next to one of the two bathrooms.

The large natural plot offers abundant space. While children play with dogs in the garden, enjoy the swings or build sandcastles in the sandpit, you can relax in one of the sun loungers.
