Among other things, the house has an energy-saving geothermal heating system, resulting in lower consumption costs.

You'll feel at home immediately in this holiday holiday home. It offers a fantastic holiday atmosphere where wellness and memorable experiences take centre stage. The kitchen is integrated into the living and dining area, creating a spacious open-plan room where the whole family can dine together or gather around the crackling wood-burning stove for board games or television.

Modern conveniences such as a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and reliable internet are standard in this beautiful house. You'll also appreciate the two bathrooms with underfloor heating and an additional toilet on the upper floor.

The upper floor features a small sitting area with large windows offering magnificent panoramic views over the beautiful dune landscape and lighthouse. Here you'll also find 2 of the 6 bedrooms. For those seeking entertainment, there's a table football in the stairway area.

Everything in this holiday home has been designed to ensure a luxurious wellness experience. Large windows in the pool room offer views over the dunes, creating the perfect spa atmosphere. The pool's counter-current system provides an excellent swimming workout, whilst the automatic chlorine dosing system helps maintain optimal water quality and swimming conditions. After a long beach walk collecting shells, the sauna offers perfect relaxation.

As something quite special, the owner of the house has installed a special chlorine system in the pool and spa, which means that the chlorine content is approximately 50% less than in normal pool houses. The system is controlled digitally, but we still come by once a week, as usual, to check that everything is as it should be. The pool's automatic chlorine dosing system helps maintain the proper water balance and contributes to a better swimming environment and thus, a better experience.

Multiple terraces - outdoor shower, swing and sandpit

Terraces surround the house, offering private spaces sheltered by the dunes. Garden furniture and sun loungers are provided for enjoying the sunshine. An outdoor shower is also available, which you can use all year round. Children will enjoy the swing and sandpit.

This holiday home at Horns Rev 95 enjoys a fantastic location just 200 metres' walk from the beach. Take the private path through the dunes and you'll quickly find yourself on the white sand. From here, you'll have a fantastic view of the Blåvandshuk lighthouse, built in 1900 and situated at Denmark's westernmost point. The views over the North Sea from this spot are not to be missed.
