Then you’ll start the day feeling rested in the morning, whether you want to head to the beach early, plan an outing or simply enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

After breathing in the salty sea air and getting plenty of exercise, the sauna will quickly become one of your favourite spots. Here you can warm right through, let your shoulders drop and make your holiday noticeably more relaxing. In the bathroom, underfloor heating ensures comfort, and there is also a guest toilet – particularly useful if there are several of you travelling together.

Practicality has also been taken into account: a washing machine and tumble dryer keep your clothes fresh, and the dishwasher takes care of the crockery. For longer stays or larger shopping trips, the separate 60-litre freezer is a big plus.

Outside, a 2,654 m² plot with a lawn awaits, where you can move about freely and enjoy the great outdoors; on the open terrace, you can soak up the sun and fresh air, whilst the covered terrace will come in handy when the weather changes. Garden furniture is provided so you can make yourselves comfortable straight away, and for the little ones there is a swing and a sandpit – so the outdoor area will quickly become a favourite spot between breakfast and dinner.

As a practical bonus, there is also a charging point for your electric car at the house, so you’re always ready to get out and about in the holiday area.
