This holiday home enjoys a perfect location. The magnificent wide sandy beach of Blåvand is just minutes away on foot. From your holiday address at Sønder Vasevej 14, a short footpath leads you the 400 metres to the sea, where you can hear the sound of breaking waves on breezier days.

It's particularly convenient that Blåvand's attractive shopping facilities are just minutes away, easily accessible both on foot and by bicycle. No need to worry about finding parking - everything is within easy reach.

The total living space of 265 square metres is spread across two floors. Three of the six bedrooms and a guest WC are located upstairs, perfect for late risers. While early birds prepare breakfast or enjoy their first cup of fresh coffee, those who might have made a night of it can sleep in undisturbed.

Making a night of it is effortless in this activity-filled home. The pool area, complete with swimming pool, stationary hot tub and sauna, invites both fun and relaxation. The excellent games room is equally well-equipped, offering table tennis, pool, and table football. There's something for everyone, and those who enjoy long walks along the waterfront will love the location close to the beach at Sønder Vasevej 14.

As something quite special, the owner of the house has installed a special chlorine system in the pool and spa, which means that the chlorine content is approximately 50% less than in normal pool houses. The system is controlled digitally, but we still come by once a week, as usual, to check that everything is as it should be. The pool's automatic chlorine dosing system helps maintain the proper water balance and contributes to a better swimming environment and thus, a better experience.

The holiday home offers ample space for 12 people. The surrounding terraces and balcony with fantastic views provide various seating areas. Even at full occupancy, everyone can find their own quiet spot for reflection, an afternoon nap, or simply lounging in the sun. During summer months, you can cool off in the pool. An outdoor shower is also available at the house, which you can use all year round.

The partially covered terrace has everything needed for perfect outdoor living. Garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers are provided - simply step outside to enjoy relaxing hours with your loved ones right at the holiday home. Children will enjoy hours of entertainment with the sandbox and swing set, while you lean back and savour your break from everyday life.

In the evening, after sunset, retire indoors where on cooler nights you can light a fire in the home's wood-burning stove to enjoy its cosy warmth and holiday atmosphere. Alternatively, this pool house is heated by an economical ground-source heat pump system, so you'll never feel the cold.
