The holiday home was built in 2022 and there is plenty of space for a group of friends or a large family to enjoy. There is also a charging point with 11 kWh charging capacity so you can charge your electric car.

The holiday home is built with high ceilings and quality materials that invite pure relaxation. The architecture is kept open, Nordic, modern, and bright, with many nice interior details and natural light from the panoramic windows.

When the holiday day comes to a close and you need to recharge, you can head to bed in one of the 5 bedrooms with double beds measuring 180x200 cm. In the kitchen/living area, there is also a built-in alcove and a loft that can be used by several people at once. The layout encourages socializing and coziness on multiple levels.

The fully equipped kitchen features a large cooking island where you can sit, hang out, or maybe even help with the cooking while everyone enjoys a glass of wine. There’s induction cooking and a microwave, a wine cooler, and a dishwasher available, as well as a separate 90-liter freezer. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer, making the holiday easier. The kitchen flows into the tastefully decorated living room.

You’ll never have to wait for the bathroom since there are 2 bathrooms, plus the house also has a guest toilet. Nobody has to worry about cold feet either, as there’s underfloor heating throughout the summer house, and an energy-efficient heat pump ensures good indoor climate. The ventilation system has heat recovery, making this a low-energy house.

The luxurious holiday home offers a wealth of entertaining and relaxing facilities that cater to just about every interest and need on vacation. The pool will get any water lover excited and features a built-in “swim trainer” as well as the option to play music videos and other entertainment on the wall-mounted Smart TV/flat screen. A home spa day is also an option, where you can relax in the heat of the accompanying sauna.

You’ll never get bored here. In the holiday home’s activity area, fun can be had at any age. There’s table football, an arcade machine, air hockey, and a PlayStation 4 gaming corner with comfortable cinema chairs.

You can also choose to play table tennis or just lounge on the many sunbeds, read a good book, or sunbathe, and you can even play tennis while the kids have fun on the playground. When everyone wants to enjoy something special together, you can gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows.
