A perfect retreat for rest and relaxation

The holiday home at Im Kollemarken 52 welcomes you with a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. Built in 2000 and completely modernised in 2016, the holiday home features a modern kitchen separated from the living area by a brick breakfast bar. The wall is a real eye-catcher - and so is the kitchen. Modern appliances and welcoming kitchen units make it a delightful space for cooking enthusiasts.

The entire living area features tiled floors with underfloor heating. Additional warmth is provided by a wood-burning stove. The comfortable leather sofas and armchairs offer perfect spots to put your feet up and unwind. A special feature is the traditional Danish 'hyggekrog' - a cosy nook furnished with cushions and a mattress, perfect for curling up with a good book.

There are three bedrooms, each with double beds, where you can enjoy a lie-in and recharge your batteries. Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating and shower enclosures. One bathroom includes a sauna and whirlpool, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry needs.

Private grounds - outdoor relaxation

The 1,800-square-metre plot offers plenty of privacy. Children can enjoy the well-maintained lawn, swing set and sandbox. The sheltered terrace, partially covered, provides various spots to enjoy the fresh North Sea air. A barbecue is available for summer evening entertaining.

Central location - close to town centre and beach

The charming centre of Blåvand is just a few minutes' walk away (500 metres). It's always worth taking a leisurely stroll through the many boutiques, perhaps stopping for an ice cream or Danish hot dog. Blåvand offers various supermarkets, bakeries and delicatessens.

Beyond the beautiful Danish West Coast nature, Blåvand and its surroundings offer numerous activities and attractions. The town's landmark, Blåvandshuk Fyr lighthouse, is definitely worth a visit. The views over the North Sea, the Horns Rev sandbank, and the dune and heathland landscape are simply spectacular.
