Here you’ll find short distances, plenty of space and facilities that allow you to be independent and flexible. With 91 m² of living space, five of you can relax, take a deep breath and plan your day just as you like – from the first cup of coffee to the last crackling fire in the evening.

And because a holiday isn’t complete until everyone is there, dogs are allowed – you can bring up to two dogs. So your holiday will not only be comfortable, but also dog-friendly – with plenty of outdoor space to relax, sniff around and find peace.

The fireplace is one of the highlights when you come back inside after a day at the beach and fancy some cosy warmth, and the firewood by the house is there for you to use. It is complemented by an efficient heat pump that keeps the house at a comfortable temperature – whether you’re letting in fresh air in the summer or planning cosy evenings in the cooler months.

In the bathroom, underfloor heating ensures that the start of the day feels just as good on bare feet.

Sleep, cook and simply spend time together

For your holiday, there are 3 bedrooms available, so everyone can have their own space. One double bed invites you to sleep in, and there are also 2 single beds and 1 three-quarter bed; in total, the house can accommodate 5 people, so you can holiday together without getting in each other’s way.

The kitchen is designed so you don’t have to spend ages tidying up after a long day, as a dishwasher takes the work off your hands. For longer stays, the washing machine and a separate 44-litre freezer are worth their weight in gold – whether you’re storing supplies, keeping ice ready for hot days, or simply want to enjoy the freshly caught fish later.

Large plot, terraces and space to play

On the 1,730 m² plot with a lawn, you’ll have plenty of space for everything a holiday entails: reading, playing, sunbathing, barbecuing or simply losing track of time. Garden furniture is provided, and the combination of an open terrace for sunny hours and the enclosed part of the terrace, which is almost like a cosy conservatory, is perfect in every way. Here, you can relax even on rainy days with a good book in peace and quiet, or enjoy lovely family meals together.

For the children, the swing is a real bonus – and for you, a little extra relaxation, because they’ll have something to do all by themselves.

Short distances, more holiday: The beach and shopping facilities are within easy reach

Don’t want to plan, just want to get away? The beach is just 660 metres away – perfect for morning walks, spontaneous dips in the sea or sunsets to round off the day. Shopping is also conveniently close by, just 670 metres away, so you can quickly stock up on fresh produce without wasting precious holiday time.
