The distinctive 201-square-metre layout of this holiday home at Solhaven 7 is thoughtfully designed and ideal for groups of 10. All rooms are bright and open-plan. At the heart of the house is the spacious kitchen-diner with a dream kitchen setup. Cooking and dining together becomes an event here. From one side of the kitchen-diner, you enter the large living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a large flat-screen TV - perfect for a cosy film night by the bio fireplace. The living area also connects to two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a beautiful bathroom featuring an integrated sauna and shower enclosure.

On the other side of the kitchen-diner is the large games room. Here you'll find entertainment for everyone - whether it's a game of pool, darts, arcade games or a table tennis tournament. The games room leads to three additional bedrooms, all fitted with double beds. Three of the five bedrooms also feature flat-screen TVs. The second bathroom is also located here, complete with a beautiful whirlpool and shower enclosure.

Built in 2022, the holiday home features the latest technology. Under the carport, you can not only park your cars but also charge your electric vehicle using the installed wall-box charger. There's also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The tiled floors in the living area and bedrooms feature underfloor heating for a comfortable ambient temperature.

Fantastic terrace and play tower for children

You'll certainly spend plenty of time relaxing on the wonderful south-facing terrace. Children can enjoy themselves on the play tower with slide and swing, and in the large sandpit. You can choose to relax in the lounge furniture with a cup of coffee, soak up the sun on the loungers, or start preparing for a barbecue evening. A modern gas barbecue is provided to ensure your steaks turn out perfectly. When evenings turn cooler, simply move to the covered section of the terrace and switch on the patio heaters.

Another highlight on the terrace is the outdoor hot tub. Relaxing in the warm, bubbling water under the unique starry skies of the Danish west coast will become an unforgettable holiday experience.
