The succulent roof, which changes colour with the seasons, and façades clad in quick-growing Abodo timber create a natural exterior. Inside, the chimney-shaped skylights create distinctive light patterns, while large glass frontages and natural materials used throughout the interior give you the feeling of being close to nature, even whilst indoors.

A conscious choice focusing on maximum comfort

The owners have carefully considered every aspect of this holiday home, ensuring both environmental consciousness and a luxury-class stay. The holiday home has been thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, ensuring everyone feels completely at home.

The discreetly hidden fold-down changing tables above the toilets, wine cooler, heated terrace with movable glass wall, and the bio-ethanol fireplace installed in the exterior wall (which can be enjoyed from both inside and outside) are just some of the amenities.

One of the three bathrooms has direct access to the wellness terrace with hot tub, infrared sauna and outdoor shower, allowing you to rinse off immediately after a dip in the North Sea (just a few minutes' walk away) or after using the wellness facilities, avoiding sandy footprints throughout the house. The outdoor shower is available from 1. April to 31. October.

Relaxation can be found in the premium quality beds (including one electrically adjustable double bed and another that converts into twin beds), the outdoor hot tub, and the outdoor sauna - which offers both traditional and infrared functions.

The activities and fitness room features various exercise equipment for daily workouts, plus a dartboard and a pool table that converts into a table tennis table for those who enjoy friendly competition.

The outdoor area includes various terraces (open sun terrace, wellness terrace, and covered heated terrace) as well as different play facilities for children. A particular highlight is the shelter for outdoor sleeping, complete with its own fire pit - perfect for creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones!
