The holiday home at Bjerregårdsvej 174 impresses with its modern and cosy furnishings in typical Scandinavian style. High ceilings and beautiful wooden flooring in the living area create an especially welcoming atmosphere, complemented by numerous floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows that flood the interior with natural light.

The living area features a television and wood-burning stove, while an energy-efficient heat pump ensures a pleasant climate. Make yourself comfortable in the cosy seating area, watch a film or enjoy delicious meals at the dining table whilst the crackling wood-burner creates a snug atmosphere. Prepare your meals in the open-plan kitchen with a kitchen island, which offers conveniences including a dishwasher, induction hob and an 80-litre freezer.

A spacious entrance hall equipped with washing machine and dryer provides storage for your coats and shoes. Both modern bathrooms feature underfloor heating. A highlight is the sauna with access to the outdoor shower, reached via the larger bathroom. The bedrooms offer comfortable single beds, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The unique dune plot covers 1221 square metres and is a real highlight. A well-equipped terrace with both gas grill, comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers invite you to enjoy pleasant barbecue evenings and relaxing sunny hours. The outdoor shower is available from April to November and is ideal after a refreshing dip in the nearby sea or following a sauna session.

The electric car charging point requires you to bring your own Type 2 connector cable.
