Renovated in 2019, this 85-square-metre holiday home accommodates up to 6 people and your two dogs. Please note that cats are not permitted.

The house offers three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances including an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, making it perfect for socialising while cooking. Relax in an armchair and listen to the crackling of the wood-burning stove on cool days, or gather around the dining table for board games. You can also unwind in front of the flat-screen TV or enjoy complimentary internet access. The living room also features a radio with CD player and a DVD player.

The shower room includes all sanitary facilities and a sauna - perfect for warming up after a beach walk. The holiday home's heat pump maintains a comfortable temperature throughout, while the washing machine is a practical addition particularly appreciated by families with children.

Between the house and garage lies your spacious terrace, accessible from the living room. It's ideal for sunbathing while children can safely play with the dog in the enclosed area, or enjoy themselves in the sandpit or on the swing. Although situated within a holiday home community, the natural plot offers privacy, surrounded by hedges.

The local supermarket is just a short 5-minute walk away (500 metres), where you'll find all daily essentials. While shopping, children can enjoy the adjacent playground. The wide North Sea beach is within a 10-minute walk (750 metres), perfect for long beach walks, flying kites or taking a refreshing dip in the blue-green waves of the North Sea. The bustling harbour town of Hvide Sande is a 15-minute drive away, offering numerous shops and restaurants, as well as excellent facilities for water sports enthusiasts and anglers.
