The spacious living area features an open-plan kitchen and dining area, where you can curl up on the comfortable sofa to watch films together or listen to the crackling of the wood-burning stove. The holiday home receives three German TV channels.

Thanks to the underfloor heating powered by an energy-efficient heat pump, you won't have to worry about cold feet. This heating extends to both modern bathrooms, each fitted with a shower. The open-plan kitchen with its island unit offers comprehensive, high-quality equipment. Enjoy preparing Scandinavian recipes during sociable cooking evenings. The 98-litre chest freezer provides ample space for freshly caught or purchased fish.

The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals and social games evenings, which you can continue in the games room. Enjoy a game of pool or table tennis. One of the holiday home's highlights is certainly your private pool with counter-current system, perfect for splashing about with children or swimming laps.

Afterwards, you'll sleep well in the four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable single beds.

Games paradise meets outdoor spa area

The beautiful terrace is accessible from both the pool room and living area. Protected by the dune system and partially covered, it allows outdoor seating in any weather, perfect for enjoying freshly brewed coffee on the premium outdoor furniture.

Meanwhile, children can explore the 1,200-square-metre dune plot and enjoy the swing, slide, and sandpit. In fine weather, you can sunbathe on the terrace and refresh yourself with the outdoor shower (available April to November). In the evening, prepare a delicious BBQ on the gas grill, then relax under the stars in the warm waters of the hot tub.
