House “DELFI” is a very beautiful and energy-efficient holiday home in a prime location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Privacy and tranquility are guaranteed here. 2 dogs are allowed in the house; cats are not permitted.

Rauhesvej 4 – Holiday home for a relaxing vacation

The holiday home is called “DELFI” by its owners and is lovingly furnished. There are 4 bedrooms available, ideal for 2 families or friends who wish to spend their holiday together, and also perfect for parents with older children who want their own privacy.

All 4 bedrooms are furnished with double beds and built-in wardrobes and have high, open ceilings. The vacation house has 2 beautiful bathrooms, both with underfloor heating and showers. The larger bathroom features a whirlpool and a lovely sauna.

The kitchen is the “heart of the vacation house” and is openly connected to the living room. It is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and two freezers (65 L and 197 L).

The spacious living and dining area, with large west-facing windows, together with the wood-burning stove, creates the perfect setting for cozy moments in the holiday home. The vacation house also offers a DVD player, German TV channels, a stereo system with DAB and Bluetooth, and free Wi-Fi.

There is also a safe in the vacation house where you can store your valuables—for example, if everyone goes to the beach together. A heat pump has been installed to ensure low heating costs, and it also helps purify the air inside the vacation house.

The holiday home is equipped with a charging station for electric/hybrid cars; you need to bring your own cable.

Wooden terrace with privacy, views of the large natural plot and the dunes

The holiday home has 2 wooden terraces. On the large, sheltered east-facing terrace, you can enjoy the morning sun. The huge, fully enclosed terrace is ideal if you are traveling with a family dog or small children. You will always find a wind-sheltered spot here where you can relax on a sun lounger.

The vacation house has its own driveway and is perfectly located in the second row, with the plot additionally protected by a vegetated dune. For the youngest guests, there is a lovely playhouse, a sandbox, and swings.

The local shop is only 500 meters away, and the beach is 750 meters away, with direct access as Rauhesvej leads straight to the beach.
