House "DELFI" is a beautiful, well-maintained and energy-efficient holiday home in a prime location at the end of a cul-de-sac. Privacy and tranquility are guaranteed here. Built in 2004 and renovated in 2020, the holiday home features bright, modern furnishings. Two dogs are welcome in the holiday home, though cats are not permitted.

This quality holiday home, named "DELFI" by its owners, is meticulously maintained, used by the owners themselves, and therefore exceptionally well-equipped and lovingly furnished. Four bedrooms are available, ideal for two families or friends holidaying together, and perfect for parents with older children who value their privacy.

All four bedrooms feature double beds and fitted wardrobes, with vaulted ceilings. The house has two beautifully renovated bathrooms, both with underfloor heating and shower facilities. The larger bathroom houses the whirlpool and a lovely sauna.

The kitchen is the 'heart of the house' and opens into the living room. It's exceptionally well-equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, and two freezers (65L and 197L). The owners place great importance on high-quality kitchen utensils – a joy for any cooking enthusiast.

The living room features a vaulted wooden ceiling and easy-care wood laminate flooring.

The spacious living and dining area, with large west-facing windows, combined with the wood-burning stove, creates the perfect setting for cosy evenings in. The house also offers a DVD player, German TV channels, a stereo system with DAB and Bluetooth, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

You'll also find a safe in the house where you can store valuables when the whole family heads to the beach. The well-insulated house features a heat pump, ensuring low heating costs. The heat pump also purifies the air in the house.

The holiday home has a charging point for your electric/hybrid car (please bring your own cable).

The house features two terraces made from premium wood. The large, sheltered east-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying the morning sun. The vast, fully enclosed terrace is ideal for families with dogs or young children. You'll always find a wind-protected spot to enjoy the sunshine on the sun lounger. The house has its own driveway and is perfectly positioned in the second row, with additional protection from a vegetation-covered dune. For younger guests, there's a lovely playhouse, sandpit, and swings.

The local shop is 500 metres away, and the beach is 750 metres away with direct access via Rauhesweg.
