You'll feel at home the moment you step inside. Light wood features throughout, and the furnishings have been selected with careful attention to detail. Both the conservatory and living area offer plenty of natural light with views over the greenery. The comfortable sofas and chairs are perfect for an evening in front of the television, or you might prefer to enjoy a glass of wine by the crackling wood-burning stove.

In addition to the wood-burner, there's an energy-efficient heat pump for heating. The semi-separated dining area is ideal for sociable games evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and has everything you need to try out delicious recipes together. The bathroom, renovated in 2024, features a shower and underfloor heating. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds, ensuring a good night's rest before starting each new holiday day refreshed.

The enclosed terrace offers a relaxing space where your dog can also run freely. Comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers invite you to unwind. Surrounded by natural grounds of 1,300 square metres, you can sit back with a freshly brewed coffee while your children enjoy the swing or play in the grounds.

Your car can be safely parked in the carport. In the evening, you can prepare a delicious barbecue on the holiday home's own grill.
