At the heart of the house is the open-plan living area with a wood-burning stove and adjoining country-style kitchen. The corner sofa and comfortable armchair invite you to unwind - perfect for reading the latest bestseller by the crackling fire, or simply enjoying a cup of tea while taking in the view and listening to the sound of North Sea waves through the open terrace doors.

The bathroom, like the other rooms, has been modernised and features a spacious shower enclosure with plenty of storage and shelf space. The bathroom provides direct access to the sauna, particularly welcome for relaxation during cool autumn days.

The three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with twin beds, and one with a sofa bed) are bright and practically furnished, with one bedroom featuring a flat-screen TV. The holiday home also includes a washing machine, essential for families with children, and an energy-efficient heat pump.

The holiday home is just minutes from the wide sandy beach, while the nature trail through the heathland and dune landscape is perfect for long walks and cycling trips.

In the immediate vicinity (900 metres), you'll find a supermarket, while the harbour town of Hvide Sande (16 km) offers numerous restaurants, cafés and shops for a shopping expedition. Children will enjoy visiting the Viking village at Bork, or the indoor playground - perfect for rainy days.
