Open the front door and feel at home from the moment you arrive. The heart of this 201-square-metre holiday home is the living area, which connects the kitchen, living room and dining space. The holiday home offers bright and stylish furnishings, creating a relaxing setting for your holiday. Here you can enjoy cosy moments cooking together in the kitchen, playing fun games at the dining table, or watching a good film together on the television.

Should the weather be less favourable, a pool table and table football await your enjoyment. The abundance of natural light perfectly complements the interior, creating a fantastic holiday atmosphere.

The holiday home features three superb bathrooms, all with underfloor heating. The master bathroom offers a luxurious wellness retreat with a whirlpool, perfect for rejuvenating after an eventful day at the beach.

The compact modern kitchen includes everything you could wish for: dishwasher, microwave, separate freezer and, of course, a cooker with oven.

The house has four bedrooms: three with double beds and the fourth with twin beds.

On the first floor, there's a child safety gate at the top of the stairs. 

The ceiling height in the house is, in some places under the beams, slightly over 1.80 metres

The holiday home sits within large natural grounds. The open terrace is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue. The spacious terrace is sheltered, allowing you to enjoy warm days in privacy.

While you relax on your terrace, little ones can safely enjoy the swings or the large trampoline.

There is a charging station (Zaptec Go) for electric cars. Please bring your own charging cable/adapter.

Picturesque surroundings just 250 metres from the Wadden Sea

The Ballum area is an excellent base for experiencing both nature and culture along Denmark's west coast. The Wadden Sea is practically on your doorstep.

If you'd like to spend the day on wide sandy beaches, Rømø is just a 15-minute drive away.

Both the towns of Tønder and Ribe, Denmark's oldest city, have much to offer. You'll find a wealth of holiday activities here, from picturesque old houses and shopping facilities to museums and excellent culinary experiences.
