About the house.
If you are looking for a large 10-person holiday home with plenty of space (8 adults and 2 children), then this cosy cottage on Nylandsvej is the perfect choice. It is ideal for cosy moments with the family, both indoors and outdoors.
On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with ample counter space, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen has two ovens, one of which is a combination oven with a microwave. You can enjoy a quick snack at the kitchen nook. On cool evenings, you can light the wood-burning stove in the kitchen for extra cosiness. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, which has plenty of space for the whole family around the long table. While the adults continue to enjoy their dinner, the younger ones can sit in the living room and stream their favourite programmes via Chromecast on the television. On the ground floor, there is one bathroom with a shower cubicle, as well as a laundry room with a utility kitchen. The living room opens onto the east-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the morning sun. There is also a large family room adjacent to the south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun both morning and evening.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms with double beds, two of which have a junior bed. On the landing, there is a cosy lounge area where you can stream to the television via Chromecast, so you can sit and relax on the sofa bed. There is one bathroom with a shower cubicle and bathtub. A lovely holiday home in a great location in the centre of Ballen with room for the whole family.

Surroundings.
This lovely holiday home also has a large garden where the children can have fun on the trampoline or swings. Meanwhile, the adults can relax on the lounge sofa on the terrace. At the back of the garden, there is plenty of space for ball games for the whole family.
The holiday home is within walking distance of Ballen Marina, which offers plenty of opportunities for shopping, visiting small shops or eating out. On the way to the marina, there are plenty of opportunities for a swim.

The island.
With this wonderful base, there are plenty of opportunities for activities for the whole family. Whether by car, bicycle or on foot, the island is perfect for trips with coffee and packed lunches. Visit the museum in Tranebjerg and take a trip to the maze – the world's largest – located on the northern island. It's fun for all ages. With the island's many beautiful beaches, you'll easily find a place to laze in the sun, and there are also great opportunities for fishing.
