Welcome to a bright and inviting holiday home in Ballen – perfect for those who want a relaxing holiday with peace and quiet, togetherness and close proximity to all the best Samsø has to offer. The house has been newly renovated and decorated in a modern, Nordic style, where comfort and functionality go hand in hand.

The house
Inside, the house welcomes you with a bright and modern interior. The open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining area and living room, creating a practical and inviting communal space. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare your daily meals.
The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture, a TV and a wood-burning stove, which provides extra cosiness on cool days. The large windows ensure plenty of light and views of the surrounding green areas.
The holiday home has two bedrooms:
one with a double bed
one with a bunk bed, where the lower bed measures 140x200 and provides plenty of space for both children and adults.
The bathroom is neat and functional with a shower and underfloor heating for added comfort.

Outdoor living
Outside, a large, newly built wooden terrace surrounds the house, allowing you to find both sun and shade throughout the day. Enjoy your morning coffee in the peaceful morning light or let the evening sun set the scene for cosy dinners.
To the east, you can glimpse the sea through the trees – a wonderful reminder of how close you are to the coast.
The location is excellent. In just a few minutes, you can walk to Ballen's popular marina, grocery store and a selection of cosy cafés and restaurants.

The surroundings and the island
The house is an ideal base for exploring Samsø. From the atmospheric surroundings of Ballen, you have easy access to local shops, cultural experiences and scenic landscapes. Visit Tranebjerg with its museum and shopping opportunities, take a trip to Vesborg Lighthouse or experience the iconic Nordby Hills with their beautiful hiking trails. The small villages in the southern part of the island also offer galleries, cafés and a cosy island atmosphere.
