Not far from the town of Ebeltoft and close to a good beach, you'll find this well-maintained house. The house comprises a cozy, bright, and well-furnished living room with a wood-burning stove and heat pump, with access to a lovely covered terrace. Adjacent to the living room is the well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, and a good dining area. The sleeping accommodations of the house consist of 4 good-sized bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one with two single beds. There's a delightful bathroom with a spa bath and access to the house's sauna, as well as a guest toilet with a sink. For the little holidaymakers, there's a high chair and a crib. In the tool shed next to the house, there are both a washing machine and a dryer available for use. The house is surrounded by a lovely large terrace, part of which is covered. Outside, there are also amenities for the little holidaymakers with swings, a sandbox, and a slide. There's a large lawn, perfect for play and ball games, as well as outdoor relaxation. The house is situated in a very child-friendly area, just a 5-minute walk from a lovely beach.

Ahl Strand is a quiet and extremely child-friendly area, characterized by white sandy beaches and shallow waters with sandbanks. Additionally, the beach is a popular spot for windsurfers, and the area is rich in wildlife. The house is located approximately a 10-minute drive from the charming old cobblestone streets of Ebeltoft. Here, you'll find many small specialty shops, cafes, and several good restaurants on the harbor. The Glass Museum, the Frigate Jylland, and the Old Town Hall are also worth a visit, and one should not miss out on a visit to Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
