The sleeping accommodations of the house are located in 4 large bedrooms with double beds, and the last two sleeping spots are found in the cozy annex. The annex is the perfect place for older children or if you need to retreat a little. In the house, there are two large and beautiful bathrooms with shower. Throughout the house, there is underfloor heating. From the house, there is a view of the water and the Bay of Aarhus. There are lovely terrace areas by the house so you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The house is situated high on a lovely plot with a lawn, suitable for play and outdoor coziness.

The area around Øer is a cozy and popular holiday area close to forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy beach. However, the beach can be a mixture of stones and sand in certain places. If you're into mountain biking, there's a 13 km long track in the area, divided into different difficulty levels. At the harbor, you will find several good eateries and small specialty shops, not least the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum. In the center, you will find the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. It is about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where you can get close to the wild animals, and about an hour's drive to both Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
