From the entrance and hallway, you enter a delightful living room in open connection with the kitchen and with access to the terrace. There is a wood-burning stove, a dining area for 6 people, sofa furniture, and an armchair, as well as a TV with streaming capabilities. Very well-equipped kitchen with a combination oven, stove with ceramic hobs and oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. The house's 6 sleeping places are distributed among 3 good bedrooms – 1 large room with a double bed and 2 smaller rooms: 1 with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed, and 1 with 1 single bed and a bunk bed. Spacious, renovated bathroom with a shower. The house has a heat pump with air conditioning, and there is internet access.

The cozy newly built lounge area invites you to have your meals or simply enjoy a glass.

Øer is a hilly and beautiful natural area located just a few kilometers south of Ebeltoft with its charming, cobblestone streets and good shopping opportunities. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife. There are excellent opportunities for fishing and water activities, and the entire area invites you to delightful cycling and hiking.
