Not far from Ebeltoft, you will find this authentic summer house, located on a beautiful plot with a large courtyard. By the entrance, there is a covered conservatory with tiled flooring and a nice dining area. A cozy living room with a wood stove, leading out to a large covered terrace with good garden furniture and a grill. The older, functional kitchen is adjacent to the dining area. The house’s sleeping accommodations are divided across two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In the garden, you will find a newly built annex with two sleeping spaces in a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. There is no internet in the house, but it can be rented at our office. The house is situated on a lovely plot with a large lawn, perfect for playing and ball games, and is about a 5-minute walk from the water.

The area around Øer is a cozy and popular holiday destination close to the forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy shores, although in some places it may be a mix of stones and sand. For those interested in mountain biking, there is a 13 km-long trail in the area, divided into different levels of difficulty. The house is about a 10-minute drive from the harbor in Ebeltoft, where you can find the Glass Museum, a leader in modern glass art. The harbor also has several good restaurants, and there is always an opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. A visit to the frigate Jylland is also recommended. In the charming cobblestone streets of Ebeltoft, you will find many interesting shops selling crafts and small cozy cafes. The most visited attraction in the town is the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. The house is also about a one-hour drive from both the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Denmark’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
