Just a 5-minute drive from Ebeltoft town, you'll find this super beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained holiday home. The house features a delightful, bright, and well-furnished living room with, among other things, a wood-burning stove and heat pump, with access to both a covered and an open terrace from where you have the most beautiful view of the water. Beautiful and well-equipped kitchen with all appliances, underfloor heating, and a separate dining area. Two lovely bathrooms with underfloor heating, one of which has a spa bath, and in the other, you'll find a washing machine and dryer. The sleeping places in the house are in four lovely bedrooms with double beds. A high chair and crib are available for the youngest holiday guests.

The house is located on a beautiful natural plot, and there are both covered and open terraces around the house, providing the most beautiful view of the water.

The area around Øer is a cozy and popular holiday area close to the forest and beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy shores. However, the beach in some places can be a mix of stones and sand. If you're into mountain biking, you'll find a 13 km long track in the area, divided into different difficulty levels. At the harbor, there are several good dining places and small specialty shops, not least the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum. In the center, you'll find the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. It's about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where it's possible to get close to wild animals, and about an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Summerland.
