Close to Ebeltoft, you'll find this cozy and atmospheric vacation home that truly exudes authentic cottage charm. The house offers a charmingly furnished and bright living room, including a wood-burning stove. In connection to the living room is the lovely kitchen with amenities such as a dishwasher and a separate dining area. The sleeping accommodations in the house are in two good-sized bedrooms; one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed and a double bed. A very nice bathroom with a shower completes the interior.

The area around Øer is a cozy and popular vacation spot close to the forest and the beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and sandy shores, although in certain places, it may be a mix of stones and sand. For mountain biking enthusiasts, there is a 13 km trail in the area, divided into various difficulty levels. It takes about 5 minutes by car from the house to the harbor in Ebeltoft, where you'll find the Glass Museum, a leading institution in modern glass art, and the frigate Jylland. On the harbor, there are also several good dining options, and you can always buy freshly caught fish. In the charming cobblestone streets of Ebeltoft, you'll find many exciting shops with, among other things, handicrafts and small cozy cafes. The town's most visited attraction, the Old Town Hall, can also be found here. From the house, it's about an hour's drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
