The house’s sleeping accommodations are found in three bright and lovely bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one with a comfortable bunk bed. For the little guests, there is a high chair and a crib. The house is situated on a lovely lot with a large lawn, perfect for play and outdoor fun. The area around Øer is a charming and popular vacation spot close to the forest and the beach. The beach is characterized by shallow water and a sandy shore. However, in some places the beach can be a mix of rocks and sand. If you enjoy mountain biking, you’ll find a 13-kilometer trail in the area, divided into different difficulty levels. At the harbor in Ebeltoft, you’ll find several great restaurants and small specialty shops, not to mention the frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum. In the town center, you’ll find the Old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. A visit to the Malt Factory is also recommended. It’s about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where you can get up close to wild animals, and a little over an hour’s drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in the Nordic region.
