The scenic area near Øer is only a few kilometers from the charming streets and good shopping opportunities of Ebeltoft. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife, offering excellent fishing opportunities. For cycling enthusiasts, one of Denmark's best mountain bike trails is quite close by.
