There is dining space for 8 people, a wood-burning stove, TV with Danish Free channels and German channels, Apple TV, CD player, and radio + USB connection for smartphones. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is in open connection with the living room and features a ceramic stove with an oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Large, delightful bathroom with a shower, spa, and sauna, as well as a smaller bathroom with a shower. The large bathroom has underfloor heating. Additionally, there is a practical utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. The 6 sleeping places are distributed among a large, bright bedroom with a double bed and 2 smaller rooms with 2 single beds each. There is also a cozy little annex that accommodates two extra single beds. The house also has a cot and a high chair. Internet access/WIFI is available.

The scenic area around Øer is only a few kilometers from the charming streets of Ebeltoft and good shopping opportunities. Øer Strand is characterized by shallow water, large sandbanks, and rich birdlife, offering excellent fishing opportunities. For cycling enthusiasts, one of Denmark's best mountain bike trails is very close by.
